2017 Senior Cheerleaders

Coach Kenda Roth’s Report

The cheerleaders had a very busy summer practicing and preparing for the upcoming season. Although this is a young team, they are heavy with talent and experience. We are looking forward to the excitement this team will bring to the sidelines, their halftime show and the competition circuit.

The team attended an NCA cheer camp this summer and was honored with many honors, including outstanding physical ability, strong technique in all areas of cheer and safety in stunting. We also had 6 team members receive All American honors for their outstanding cheer and physical ability.

Besides many hours of practice, the girls were also busy decorating the school and stadium in preparation for another exciting season of Tiger football. They have also put together another exciting halftime show to entertain the fans with. The competition team will return again this year to defend their PIAA District IV title and hope to make a deep run in the State tournament.

Once again the team will be doing their “Cheerleaders gone flipping crazy” fundraiser to raise money to donate to a non-profit of their choice as their community service project for the season.

The team appreciates the continued support from the fans and the Booster Club who always is there to financially support all their efforts and needs. They realize that without them, they would never be able to experience many of the opportunities they have.
