Wyalusing falls at Warrior Run.

After cruising through their first two games the Wyalusing Rams faced a tougher test at Warrior Run on Friday night.

The Rams suffered their first loss of the year as Warrior Run came away with the 19-13 victory.

Warrior Run struck first in the second quarter when Jake Rohm caught an 11-yard touchdown from Frank James. James hit the extra point and it was 7-0.

In the third quarter William Michael scored on a 28-yard touchdown and after the kick failed Warrior Run was up 13-0.

Wyalusing got on the board in the fourth as Dylan Otis scored on a three-yard run and Werner Mendoza's kick was good, cutting the deficit to 13-7.

Warrior Run got a 23-yard score from Michael. The run failed and Warrior Run led 19-7.

The Rams cut into the deficit as Luke Jennings scored on a 20-yard run with the kick failing, to make the final score.

Jennings had 115 yards on 20 carries for the Rams and Otis had 47 yards on 11 carries.

Derek Frederick gained eight yards on one carry and Justin Haley had one carry for five yards.

Haley was 1-for-4 passing for 12 yards and Frederick was 1-for-1 passing for 10 yards.

Hunter Brewer caught both passes for 22 yards.

Michael led Warrior Run with 142 yards and two scores on 20 carries and James was 7-for-11 passing for 71 yards and a score. Wyatt Kirkendall led Warrior Run with two grabs for 38 yards.
